The app splits this into Auto-Import, “When importing” and “When the task is completed” cards. The highlights:

Enable auto-import
The master switch: automatically create tasks from Outlook emails based on the triggers below.

Import on flag
Flagging in Outlook on any device is enough — the task is waiting in Fokus.

Keep Outlook’s flag list clean once Fokus has taken over the follow-up.
