Calendars & Scheduling
Outlook meetings and real work, one plan.
Fokus syncs your Outlook calendars through Microsoft Graph in real time. See meetings beside tasks, block focus time that shows up in Outlook, and keep both sides honest.
Integrations
What Fokus adds
Not a mirror of the other tool — capabilities that only exist once the two are connected.
The Outlook day, inside your plan
Meetings, appointments and shared-calendar commitments appear next to your tasks in Fokus — planning starts from what the day really looks like.
Time blocks your colleagues can see
Schedule focus time in Fokus and it lands in your Outlook calendar — meeting-bookers see you as busy instead of stealing your deep-work hours.
Changes travel both ways, instantly
Fokus subscribes to change notifications from Microsoft Graph and keeps the subscription alive automatically. Reschedules and cancellations reach your plan in seconds.
Auto-scheduling around your meetings
Synced Outlook events count as busy time when Fokus plans your tasks — the scheduler works around your calendar, never over it.
How the sync works
Under the hood
Microsoft Graph delta queries plus webhook subscriptions that renew themselves — only changes travel, and they travel immediately.
-

Your Calendars
After connecting, pick which Outlook calendars sync into Fokus — the selection step offers select-all or individual choices, and this panel lets you change it later.

Each Outlook calendar has its own sync switch — shared and secondary calendars stay out of your plan unless you want them in.
