When youβre @mentioned in a channel or pinged in a chat, Fokus captures it as a task automatically β the request is tracked before youβve finished reading it.
A π closes the loop
React with π on the linked message and the task completes in Fokus β status without switching apps.
The thread knows where things stand
Fokus posts task status back to the original message as it moves β created, scheduled, completed β so the person who asked never has to ask again.
A Fokus Session sets your presence
Start a Fokus Session with Do Not Disturb switched on and Fokus sets the presence of your connected Teams account to Do Not Disturb for the length of the session β end the session and it clears.

Preferences
Four switches control how chatty the integration is:

Auto-import @mentions
Create tasks automatically from @mentions in channels and direct messages.

Reaction status updates
Complete tasks by reacting π on the linked Teams message.

Task status sync
Post created β scheduled β completed updates onto the original message.

Completion reply
Send a threaded reply when a captured task is completed or reopened.
